Telesales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to join our Dubai real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on calling leads, qualifying investors and end users, and booking high-quality appointments for the sales team.

 

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Call inbound and outbound real estate leads on a daily basis

• Qualify clients based on budget, goals, timeline, and investment criteria

• Book appointments for property consultants and sales managers

• Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM

• Update and manage lead data accurately in the CRM

• Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospects

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and booking targets

 

 

Requirements

 

• 1–3 years of telesales or call center experience, real estate is a strong advantage

• Excellent spoken English, additional languages are a plus

• Confident phone presence with strong persuasion skills

• Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs

• Ability to handle high call volumes

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
