The successful candidate will have at least one year of telesales experience, including 6 to 12 months of experience specifically within Dubai’s real estate sector. It is important to note that experience in reception or inbound-only roles does not qualify as telesales experience for this position.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to close deals are crucial.
