Your Mission

As our Telesales Real Estate Agent, you will be the voice of the company — the first connection between clients and their dream property. Your role is all about building trust over the phone, understanding client needs, and guiding them toward the right investment or home.

What You’ll Do

Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls and warm leads.

Present property options in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.

Arrange property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

Meet and exceed set sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

Proven telesales or call center experience (real estate preferred).

Excellent communication and listening skills — you connect with people easily.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a must.
