We’re Hiring: Tendering Manager (Buildings & Warehouses)
AIMS HR Ease FZCO is recruiting on behalf of a leading contracting firm in Dubai for a senior Tendering Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced estimator who can lead bid strategy, accurately price building and warehouse projects, and co-ordinate technical and commercial inputs to win contracts across the UAE.

Role Overview:
• Lead end-to-end tendering and estimation activities for buildings and warehouse projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, rate analysis, and competitive bid submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to compile technical and commercial proposals.
• Review contracts and tender documents to identify commercial risks and propose mitigations.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations; drive timely procurement input to support bids.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators and ensure tender deadlines are met with high quality outputs.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10–12 years’ experience in tendering and estimation with solid UAE exposure.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related qualification.
• Proven track record in pricing strategy, vendor coordination, and bid management.
• Strong contract review skills and the ability to prepare persuasive, compliant tender submissions.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with estimating tools and MS Office; attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
