We’re partnering with a high-growth construction technology company transforming workflows solutions. They are expanding across the GCC and seeking a Territory Manager to lead regional commercial operations and drive adoption with major projects. This is an opportunity to shape next generation construction technology and influence large-scale project delivery across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and sign strategic distributors in the geospatial and construction supply sectors, focusing on those with existing vendor status on major government projects.
- Drive partner enablement by providing technical certification and support for navigating regional import/export and tender processes.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews with dealer principals to align on sales forecasts, inventory planning, and regional trade show participation.
- Manage relationships with large international and regional general contractors, targeting high-value fleet adoption opportunities.
- Navigate complex stakeholder structures, demonstrating ROI and utilization data to move deals from technical validators to economic decision-makers.
- Travel to active construction sites to perform field validations and represent the company at major trade shows, leading on-site demonstrations and competitive benchmarking.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical B2B Sales, Construction Technology (ConTech), or Geospatial Hardware within the GCC market.
- Strong regional knowledge, including Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and UAE construction sectors; existing network with Tier 1 general contractors is highly valuable.
- Native or fluent proficiency in English is required; business-level Arabic is a strong advantage for government and local contractor engagement.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks and driving revenue through channel partners in the Middle East.
- Comfortable with on-site hardware demonstrations in high-temperature construction environments; able to bridge BIM models with real-world site conditions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build territory plans, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and forecast revenue accurately over a 6-month rolling period.
