We are looking for a detail-oriented and language-savvy Translation & Typing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translation coordination, accurate document typing, and formatting completed translations using MS Word, Excel, PDF tools, and other office software. The role requires precision, organization, and a strong command of document presentation standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately type, edit, and format translated documents in MS Word and PDF
• Ensure consistency in layout and structure across multilingual files
• Handle translation-related documentation and support tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and organize client files efficiently
• Collaborate with translators and supervisors for document preparation
• Review documents thoroughly for linguistic and formatting errors prior to delivery
• Manage office documentation tasks using MS Office and PDF software

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel, and PDF editing applications
• Strong typing skills in English & Arabic (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Prior experience in a translation or document processing environment is preferred
• Ability to handle multilingual content and meet tight deadlines with efficiency
