We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transport Coordinator/Supervisor to join a leading food company based in Dubai. Must have UAE experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of UAE/GCC experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in fleet management and coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of strategic planning in transportation, with a focus on the food industry being an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of blue-collar workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in UAE transport rules, road permits, and regulations.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
