Woodlem Park School is currently looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Transport Officer to manage and supervise daily school transportation operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that student transport services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining clear communication with parents, staff, and drivers.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage transport-related concerns in a professional manner. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities for students
• Plan, review, and optimize bus routes to ensure timely and safe student pick-up and drop-off
• Liaise with bus drivers, transport assistants, and supervisors to maintain operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding route schedules and any updates
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain proper transport documentation
• Address and resolve transport-related grievances in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in transport coordination or similar role
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory requirement)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to handle daily operational challenges and parent concerns professionally
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability is required
