Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Agent located in Dubai. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making reservations for travel services, including hotel bookings, air tickets, and tour packages. Duties also include providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and performing receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and helpful interactions with clients to enhance their travel experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tourism Industry
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Experience with Reservations and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
