Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading regional financial institution to hire a Treasury & Markets Sales Team Lead in Dubai. This is a permanent role reporting to the Head of Treasury Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the bank’s corporate client base in the UAE and delivering tailored treasury solutions to meet client needs.

This opportunity is for Arabic-speaking treasury professionals with strong UAE experience who are seeking a high-impact sales role within a respected bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of treasury and markets products, including FX, derivatives, and structured solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients, providing tailored hedging and investment strategies.
• Grow revenue and market share while ensuring excellent client service.
• Stay ahead of market and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offerings and support relationship managers through training and guidance.
• Oversee accurate and timely execution of client transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a recognized financial institution.
• Proven track record in Treasury Sales / FX Sales / Derivatives Sales.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and the UAE market landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
