Urban Planning Manager

Our client, a real estate development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE are seeking to appoint an Urban Planning Manager to work with their massive portfolio.

Responsible for master planning design management composed of leading, coordination, review, assessment, commentary and technical approval of master plan design deliverables during all master plan stages (Vision - PCMP - Framework – CMP – DMP). Accountable for developing master plans that conform to project / development brief.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Master Planning and Design and/or Masters in Urban Design or in Real Estate (optional)
• 10+ years of experience master planning and/or real estate master planning across asset classes with medium and large developers or authorities.
• Can speak Arabic and English languages.
• Proven Experience of managing planning process for developments
• Extensive knowledge of master planning design and real estate value chain from visioning, idea generation to construction phase
• Understanding land use and products with non-revenue versus revenue generation potential.
• Proficiency in DMT’s requirements for master plan approvals
• Excellent project management skills, ability to manage at least 2-3 master planning projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Report creation and writing (Adobe Indesign, Word, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in Tabular Data Creation (Excel).
