User Interface Architect

Description:

The User Interface Architect role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for defining and overseeing the UI architecture for web applications, ensuring user interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with product and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers to design and implement responsive, scalable front-end solutions, establishing UI standards, patterns, and component libraries, and reviewing implementation for consistency and performance. The User Interface Architect will guide front-end development best practices, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot UI-related issues across devices and browsers. The role also involves staying current with emerging UI technologies and frameworks and contributing to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
 

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with experience building modern, cross-browser, mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Strong background in Software Development and Web Applications, including architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in User Interface Design, creating structured UI systems, reusable components, and consistent design patterns.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams, and leading UI architecture discussions and decisions.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related tooling.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and usability best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to document and present technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
