• Plan and review daily sales activities while setting clear objectives for the van sales team.
• Supervise van loading, ensure accurate stock reconciliation, and manage cash collection efficiently.
• Motivate and guide drivers to consistently achieve daily sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen strong trade relationships with key clients.
• Observe and capture market trends along with competitor insights to drive business growth.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Demonstrated experience in van sales within a reputable FMCG company.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Handheld Terminal (HHT) systems for sales tracking and reporting.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a drive for sales excellence.
