Vat Manager/lead

Description:

We are looking for a proactive VAT Manager / Lead to drive end-to-end indirect tax compliance and advisory, while contributing across the broader UAE tax landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead UAE VAT compliance, filings, and reviews

2) Handle VAT advisory, impact assessments, and restructuring support

3) Manage FTA audits, clarifications, and assessments

4) Guide and review work of junior team members

5) Support clients on registrations, deregistrations, and refunds

6) Stay updated with FTA laws, Cabinet Decisions, and Public Clarifications

Technical Knowledge Required

- Strong hands-on expertise in UAE VAT

- Working knowledge of Corporate Tax, Excise Tax, ESR (legacy understanding), and Transfer Pricing concepts

- Ability to interpret tax laws and apply them practically for businesses across sectors

What We’re Looking For

1) Minimum 3 years of UAE VAT experience (non-negotiable)

2) Excellent client-handling and communication skills

3) Leadership mindset with strong review and mentoring ability

4) CA's / CPA's only
