Vendor Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on procedures and collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting) to streamline procurement processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to vendor management, such as reviewing registration documents and managing vendor databases.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to vendor engagement.
  • Assist with any issues or concerns related to vendor registration and compliance.
  • Conduct regular vendor file audits and assist with reports on vendor performance metrics.
  • Participate in routine safety checks and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the health, safety, and environmental impact of activities, personally and for others in the workplace.
  • Actively seek information related to the role from internal and external sources to ensure effective performance.
  • Provide insights on potential opportunities and challenges to improve procurement activities.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate level)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in vendor coordination in EPC or EPCM projects.
  • Languages: Proficient in English
  • Software Knowledge: MS Office
  • Special Requirements: Must have experience in EPC or EPCM projects
