Responsibilities:

As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

 

  • Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This includes managing and maintaining facilities, equipment, and inventory, and implementing and enforcing practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance. You will also optimize client flow and appointment scheduling to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

  • Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies for revenue growth and cost control. You will also oversee billing, accounts receivable, and payment processing , and prepare financial reports to analyze key performance indicators for business decisions.

 

  • Human Resources: Leading the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees, ensuring a skilled and motivated team. This also involves developing and implementing staff schedules for adequate coverage and efficient operations , conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development for staff. You will mediate conflicts and address employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment , and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

 

  • Client Relations & Marketing: Ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. You will address client concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones , and manage our social media presence and online reputation.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a practice management role within the last 7 years, preferably in a veterinary setting.

 

  • Certification as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is highly desirable.

 

  • Experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals.

 

  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly within the veterinary industry.

 

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to both animal care and client interactions.

 

  • Arabic language skills are a plus!
