Vice President

Description:

A well-capitalised and growth-oriented investment banking platform, operating within the ADGM regulatory framework, is seeking a Vice President to join its Investment Banking division. This is a senior commercial hire for a firm with an active mandate pipeline and cross-border reach across the UAE, KSA, UK, US, and Asia.

The VP will be working directly alongside senior leadership and contributing to the commercial direction of the IB platform.

The Role

You will take a lead role across the full deal lifecycle, covering advisory, M&A, joint ventures, market entry, and private placements. Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing and converting an active pipeline of mandates across target sectors and geographies.
• Preparing and presenting pitch books, information memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation to client and Investment Committee standard.
• Contributing to sector strategy and supporting cross-border deal flow across regional and international offices.
• Ensuring full compliance with ADGM FSMR and FSRA regulatory requirements across all transaction activity.

The Person

You will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive investment banking experience from a reputable investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or diversified financial institution, with a demonstrable track record of taking transactions from origination through to close.

The following will position you strongly:

• Prior exposure to an ADGM, DFSA, FCA, or equivalent regulated environment.
• Strong technical skills across DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and transaction structuring.
• MBA or CFA designation. ADGM Approved Person status or the clear ability to obtain it.
