Visual Merchandiser

Description:

You will be responsible for styling furniture displays, creating inspiring spatial layouts, and ensuring visual identity consistency across showroom and digital content. Work with photography team to style products for campaigns, website, and social media.

This role requires to work in weekends but you will get alternate weekoff a creative eye, knowledge of design trends, and an understanding of customer experience in luxury retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute showroom layouts and product displays
• Design mood boards, style guides, and room layouts for collections
• Curate décor, textiles, lighting, and accessories for cohesive styling
• Maintain showroom standards and seasonal refreshes
• Work with photography team to style products for campaigns, website, and social media
• Support clients with interior styling advice and space planning & To close deals
• Ensure brand visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints
• Monitor market trends, materials, and lifestyle inspirations in Dubai luxury sector

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or interior design
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color palettes, textures, and material blends
• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar
• Photography styling experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with premium furniture and lifestyle brands
• Ability to multitask and work in fast paced retail environments
