Madison Pearl is partnering with a prominent regional bank for an opportunity of VP Head of Sales and Distribution within their retail banking division. The incubator will lead the Sales, Distribution, and Relationship Management strategy across Mass Market, Affluent, and UHNW segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy across all retail products (liabilities, assets, wealth, cards, and digital banking).
• Lead branch network performance, digital channels, and distribution planning.
• Champion digital-first and phygital solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Build and mentor high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on performance and customer-centricity.
• Partner with leadership to deliver on growth targets, transformation goals, and customer excellence.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years in Retail Banking, including 5+ years leading Sales & Distribution.
• Expertise in managing multi-segment portfolios (Mass, Affluent, UHNW).
• Strong digital acumen and ability to drive omnichannel transformation.
• Proven success in sales growth, customer engagement, and team leadership.
• Only Emaratis with family book will be considered.
