Warehouse Manager

Description:

A well-established organization in Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and manage warehouse personnel effectively.
• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards within the warehouse facility.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to inventory and dispatch.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize warehouse space.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in warehouse management or a similar operational leadership position.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse systems, logistics planning, and inventory management software.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
