Description:
Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Wedding Manager to join our events team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for designing memorable weddings and the organisational skills to manage every detail from first enquiry to on-the-day delivery, ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full wedding lifecycle — from initial client consultation and proposal creation to final execution and post-event follow up.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings, translating client briefs into clear event plans and quotations.
- Coordinate internal departments (banquet, culinary, AV, housekeeping, front desk) and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare event orders, timelines, floor plans and staffing rosters; oversee on-site setup and event breakdown.
- Monitor budgets, handle contracts and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Act as the primary client contact on the day of the event, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by developing proposals, upselling services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Female applicants only (as advertised).
- Previous experience in wedding or events management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational ability with a keen eye for detail and timelines.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and external suppliers under pressure.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with event or hotel management systems is an advantage.
