This position is critical in shaping our wholesale and B2B sales efforts, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. Success in this role means exceeding revenue targets, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and fostering strong internal coordination with planning and finance teams.
🛠Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic portfolio and channel management.
- Manage key wholesale accounts and build new business opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews and negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms.
- Ensure excellent customer service, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
- Forecast sales and align inventory with supply chain teams.
- Monitor payments and coordinate with finance for collections and risk control.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and market analysis.
- Lead and coach a sales team including area supervisors and van sales drivers.
- Organize training and sales workshops in coordination with marketing.

- Achieve ≥ 100% of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Acquire a minimum of 2 new wholesale accounts per month.
- Maintain ≥ 85% customer retention YOY.

- Maintain gross margin within approved thresholds.
- Fulfill ≥ 95% of orders on time.
- Deliver 100% accurate and timely sales reports.
