Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Deluge scripting, with demonstrated expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and core HR modules like Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance Zoho applications, especially CRM, Creator, People, and Payroll.
- Write efficient Deluge scripts to implement business logic and automate workflows across modules.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Design and build custom applications in Zoho Creator for internal tools and business process automation.
- Manage and enhance Zoho People and Payroll modules, ensuring accurate configuration of employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs across the Zoho platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and change logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Zoho suite of applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment).
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM – including custom functions, automation, blueprints, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator – form and workflow design, reports, and integrations.
- In-depth understanding of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll modules.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript for UI customization (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
