Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Zoho One CRM modules, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and apply governance best practices.
  • Automate processes and integrate CRM with other business systems.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support.
  • Generate reports and insights to guide management decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM performance, adopting new features as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM management is a must (Zoho One preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation.
  • Familiarity with data migration, integrations (APIs, Zapier, etc.), and third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE data compliance and governance standards.
  • Exposure to recruitment, study abroad, migration, healthcare, or education sectors.
  • Zoho certifications (CRM Administrator, Developer, etc.) are a plus.
