Accountant

Description:

A building materials shop in Al Ain is currently seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous accounting experience who can efficiently manage daily financial activities and maintain accurate business records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling bookkeeping tasks, maintaining invoice and payment records, monitoring stock-related transactions, and supporting VAT-related processes. Applicants currently residing in the UAE with good computer and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial transactions.

• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts.

• Monitor and update stock records to ensure accuracy.

• Assist with VAT-related documentation and compliance.

• Prepare financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience is required.

• Experience in the building materials industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and stock records.

• Basic understanding of VAT procedures.

• Good computer and communication skills.

• Currently residing in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of:
