Vetra Real Estate is seeking an experienced Ads Manager to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in paid advertising and proven experience within the real estate sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate quality property leads. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will help drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies while staying informed about the latest trends in Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop targeted lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality property enquiries.

• Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on investment.

• Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns support business goals.

• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising strategies and trends within the Dubai real estate industry.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Ads Manager or in a similar digital advertising position.

• Mandatory experience working within the real estate industry.

• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Proven success in managing lead-generation campaigns.

• Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.

• Good understanding of the Dubai property market will be an advantage.
