Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air and Ocean Export Coordinator located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The coordinator will coordinate air and ocean export shipments, prepare documentation, communicate with carriers and clients, manage customs regulations, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in air and ocean export coordination.
• Knowledge of shipping line pricing will be a plus point.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Experience in freight forwarding or the logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of minimum experience in Abu Dhabi preferred.
