Qualifications:

Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is desirable. Professional certifications related to financial education or program management is an advantage. (CFA,CPA,FMVA,CAIA,CFP)

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services, education, or non-profit sector
• Proven track record of developing and managing educational programs
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
