Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Residents Communication & Support: monitor and manage all communication channels and attend resident requests/complaints.

• Leasing & Residents Administration: manage tenancy contracts, EJARI, renewals and ensure updated residents and property information is maintained.

• Property Operations: ensure various areas of the property are maintained in good condition with daily inspections, perform move-in & move-out with residents, inventory verification and restock orders with suppliers.

• Property Maintenance: manage and oversee the various service providers and building staff to ensure all services are delivered and that the property is maintained in optimal condition at all times.

• General Administration: keep data and documentation up to date and organized within the various property management systems and provide regular updates and reports to the Property Manager.

Requirements

• Dubai based
• Excellent English written & verbal communication
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 2+ years property management experience
• Engineering and/or business administration degree is a plus
