Maison Mathis is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its hospitality team at its Arabian Ranches and Dubai South locations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading restaurant operations and team performance.

The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant activities, support staff development, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth operational performance. Candidates with experience in licensed restaurant establishments within the UAE and knowledge of European or French dining concepts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily management of restaurant operations.

• Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant team members.

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain high standards of food service and restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar dining concept.

• Strong knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards.

• Previous experience working in a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE is mandatory.

• Excellent leadership, guest service, and team management skills.
