Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and help clients establish their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B or B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful business setup clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Promote UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
- Consult prospective clients on business setup options based on their requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and virtual consultations with local and international clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business setup packages.
- Follow up with leads and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth company formation and visa processing.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or UAE Business Setup Consultancy.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages are an added advantage.
- Strong sales, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
