HOSTXPERT is a short-term vacation rental property management company in Dubai. We manage residential properties for owners on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, handling compliance, listing, guest operations, and revenue optimization.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive property acquisition and owner growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

▪️ Develop and execute business development plans that drive revenue growth

▪️ Generate high-quality leads through your own network and outreach

▪️ Build strong relationships with property owners, agents, and key stakeholders

▪️ Sign new properties under HOSTXPERT's management and onboard owners

▪️ Manage and grow existing owner accounts to maximize their revenue

▪️ Track sales performance and continuously improve your pipeline

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1+ years of real estate experience (sales, brokerage, property management)

- Track record of closing deals and building client relationships

- Self-motivated and commission-ready

- English fluency required; Arabic a plus

- Based in/willing to work in Dubai, UAE
