Rally Sports is a UAE-based sports community marketplace that connects recreational players with the organisers who run games across padel, cricket, football, badminton and tennis. Organisers get the tools to fill their games and grow their communities. Players get an easy way to find their next match. Our motto: No Work. All Play.

The Role

You’ll own organiser relationships from first contact to long-term partnership, and you’ll help build the Rally brand on the ground and online.

• Find and reach out to sports organisers and community leads across the UAE
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups and closing
• Onboard new organisers onto the platform and get them live
• Look after your organisers end to end so they stay active, happy and growing
• Manage and grow Rally’s social media channels
• Show up at games and events to represent Rally, create content and build relationships

What We’re Looking For

• A real understanding of and passion for sport, especially community and recreational sport
• A commercial mindset and a drive to help grow a business
• Strong outreach skills and comfort with cold calls, DMs and face-to-face conversations
• Clear, confident communication in writing and in person
• Experience or interest in onboarding users and turning leads into active customers
• A good feel for social media and content
• Self-starter energy and comfort working in a fast-moving startup
