Description:
We are looking for a Business Process Lead who can assess current business operations, identify required process changes to align with SAP, and ensure that future processes are practical, executable, and aligned with real operational conditions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Process Assessment & Gap Identification
- Review BBPs / process designs across all functions
- Conduct detailed on-ground assessments (plants, farms, logistics, finance)
- Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP-aligned processes
- Define specific changes required in daily workflows
2. Process Design Validation & Fitment
- Validate that designed processes are practical and executable on ground
- Identify constraints, inefficiencies, and operational risks
- Challenge SAP design where misaligned with business reality
- Ensure process fitment to system is maximized
3. Process Standardization
- Drive standardization across functions (e.g., production, procurement, logistics)
- Eliminate manual workarounds and inconsistencies
- Define clear, structured workflows aligned with SAP
4. Business Alignment
- Work closely with business owners to validate process changes
- Ensure ownership of new processes within business teams
- Align leadership on required operational changes
5. UAT Process Readiness
- Ensure processes are clearly understood before UAT
- Support definition of business scenarios for UAT
- Validate that business can execute processes (independent of system training)

- Strong business process understanding (operations, supply chain, finance)
- Ability to assess and redesign operational workflows
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / agriculture environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders
