Cafe Store Manager

passionate and people-oriented Store Manager to lead our vibrant team in the UAE. We're seeking

someone with a proven track record in F&B management who can inspire others and create a joyful,

high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in quality, hygiene, and customer service

- Act as a -hands one -role model, leading by example and motivating the team

- Foster a friendly, welcoming store atmosphere aligned with Amorino's values

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

- Take full responsibility for store performance and work independently

- Maintain oversight of P&L, with a deep understanding of financial targets

- Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the UAE F&B industry

- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

- Solid understanding of operational KPIs and P&L responsibilities

- Fluent in English
