*Responsibilities:*

*CDP:*

- Supervise kitchen operations
- Menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Lead and train junior staff

*Commi 1:*

- Prepare and cook menu items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist senior chefs
- Learn and adapt to new recipes

*Commi 2:*

- Assist in food preparation and plating
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Support senior chefs
- Develop culinary skills and knowledge

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of luxury hospitality experience
- International cuisine expertise (fine dining preferred)
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills (CDP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
