A well-established contracting firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with solid experience in fit-out and finishing works. This role is suited for professionals who are confident managing site activities, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating effectively to deliver projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Manage and supervise fit-out and finishing activities on-site to ensure proper execution and quality standards
• Oversee daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor quality control procedures and address site-related issues efficiently
• Work independently when required and ensure smooth progress of assigned tasks
• Maintain clear coordination to meet deadlines and project objectives

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant UAE experience in fit-out and finishing projects
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory requirement)
• Strong understanding of site execution, coordination, and quality control processes
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently and perform well under time constraints
