The Role:

• Oversee and supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform regular site inspections while ensuring full compliance with QA/QC procedures and approved method statements
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to maintain smooth project progress
• Provide technical support on-site by resolving construction-related issues and preparing material requisitions and progress reports
• Ensure strict adherence to all HSE policies, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience within construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams efficiently

The Details:

• Competitive salary package of up to AED 30,000, depending on experience
• Project location based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
