AL Ghanim International is Hiring – Civil Estimation Engineer
Join a growing team and play a key role in delivering major civil projects across the UAE. We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Civil Estimation Engineer to strengthen our Estimation Department and support tendering activities from quantification through to final commercial submission.

Job Summary:
You will review tender documents, produce accurate costings for direct works, ensure full quantification of scope items, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare complete commercial and technical proposals. Attention to detail and adherence to company standards are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate tender documents to derive accurate pricing for all direct works.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyors and estimators to verify that all project components are comprehensively quantified.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare pricing for direct works in alignment with project requirements and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to assemble and finalise commercial and technical proposals.
• Maintain well-organized documentation and ensure compliance with tender specifications and internal controls.

Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years’ experience within the Estimation function of a reputable civil contracting company.
• Solid understanding of civil construction activities, tender processes, and cost estimation principles.
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PlanSwift and Candy is desirable.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
