Civil Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction and fit-out projects within the UAE, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and tendering processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out works
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports
Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation data

✅ Requirements:
4–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer
Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
