Civil Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to oversee the full construction lifecycle, from initial excavation to final handover. This role involves managing villas as well as high-rise commercial and residential projects, ensuring strict compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications
• Uphold quality, safety, and HSE standards at all times
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Prepare detailed progress updates for Senior Management
• Lead site teams effectively and handle resource planning

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in civil construction project management
• Demonstrated expertise with villas and high-rise developments
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and approvals
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
