Key Responsibilities:

Managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely collections

Tracing and locating debtors to ensure effective follow-up

Building strong relationships with clients

Negotiating payment terms and resolving disputes

Meeting monthly collection and recovery targets

Proven experience in collections and tracing (preferably in the UAE)

Strong negotiation and communication skills
