Construction Manager

We are actively looking for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site operations for key infrastructure projects. The role demands hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day site operations for infrastructure projects, ensuring all work aligns with approved drawings, project timelines, and safety protocols.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, implementing QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with consultants, stakeholders, and project teams, providing timely updates and reports.
• Lead and support the workforce by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and safety practices.
