Construction Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Bridges / Infrastructure to join the delivery team on a major mixed-use masterplan in Abu Dhabi. The project includes a significant residential component, featuring a large number of villas and townhouses, and requires expert oversight of bridge and associated infrastructure works.

This is a site-based PMC role, responsible for managing the delivery of bridge structures across the masterplan. You will oversee bridges, roads, utilities, drainage, and other core infrastructure networks, ensuring seamless integration with the phased rollout of the residential community.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years’ experience in bridge and infrastructure delivery, ideally within large-scale residential or mixed-use masterplans
• Experience managing bridge construction, including supervision of contractors, quality control, and technical coordination
• Strong background working with either contractors or consultants
• Previous UAE experience delivering bridges and associated infrastructure in similar environments
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline
