Construction Project Manager

SS Lootah Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact construction projects from concept to completion. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Plan, organize, and manage construction projects—both technically and commercially—from start to finish.
▪️Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against set milestones.
▪️Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
▪️Manage procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
▪️Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
▪️Lead regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
▪️Troubleshoot technical and practical issues as they arise on site.
▪️Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
▪️Oversee and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and other project personnel for efficient resource planning.
▪️Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

✅ What We’re Looking For
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
▪️Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.
▪️Abu Dhabi equivalency certificate
▪️Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and legal regulations.
▪️Excellent leadership and team management skills.
▪️Effective communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
▪️Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
▪️Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
▪️Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
▪️Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
▪️Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

🏗️ Work Environment
▪️Split between office and on-site project locations.
▪️Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by project timelines.
