Consultant Network Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities

1.Perform wireless network performance analysis (2G/3G/4G/5G) and propose optimization solutions.

2.Troubleshoot network performance issues and drive continuous improvements.

3.Monitor KPIs and provide daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

4.Conduct drive tests, analyze log files, and suggest network tuning actions.

5.Collaborate with planning, implementation, and customer teams for network improvement plans.

6.Utilize tools such as TEMS, NEMO, Actix, or ZTE-specific tools to assess and analyze network performance.

7.Support pre- and post-launch activities for network rollouts and expansions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wireless network optimization (preferably with ZTE equipment).

Strong understanding of LTE/NR concepts, parameters, and KPIs.

Experience with optimization tools and drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Actix, GENEX Probe/Assistant).

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
