Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Corporate Training Sales Manager . The Corporate Training Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations.

 

Must Have Qualifications

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of success in selling to corporate clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to professionally and persuasively articulate the value of our training programs to decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with the corporate training, executive education, or higher education sector is a significant advantage.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment, managing your own schedule and pipeline.
  • Lead Generation Proficiency: Experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through to a successful close.
  • Strong Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing tools, and scheduling systems like Calendly.
