Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain high-end clientele.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to optimize customer journeys.
• Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
• Analyze marketing data to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM and marketing within the UAE (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English — Arabic, French, or German is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet marketing and customer engagement targets.
• Passion for luxury automotive brands and customer service excellence.
