Design Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our design team at the head office. In this role, you will manage a multidisciplinary team that includes architects, interior designers, BIM architects, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers. As Design Manager, you will ensure that all design projects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and compliance with industry regulations. You will report to senior management, providing regular updates and reports on the status of current projects, timelines, and design progress.

Job Responsibilities for Design Manager:

• Lead and manage end-to-end design delivery across healthcare/hospital projects
• Coordinate architecture, interiors, MEP, and BIM disciplines
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, authority requirements, and international standards
• Collaborate closely with senior management, clients, and external consultants
• Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in design processes

Required Qualifications & Years of Experience for Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of design management experience
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare/hospital projects
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and authority approvals
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
