Key Responsibilities:

Source and manage investment opportunities across high-growth sectors such as technology, healthcare, infrastructure, and ESG-focused businesses.

Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors.

Lead capital-raising initiatives and drive the strategic growth of client portfolios, ensuring strong returns on equity investments.

Guide companies through M&A transactions and IPO pathways, especially on regional exchanges like Nasdaq Dubai.

Collaborate with senior leadership to implement cutting-edge investment strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and other regional initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in wealth management, investment banking, or private equity, with a focus on the GCC or MENA region.

Strong network of institutional investors and HNWIs.

Experience in sourcing and managing equity-based investments with demonstrated financial success.

Expertise in M&A, IPOs, and equity-linked instruments like convertible debt.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
